Under Act No. 25.871, Dto. 616/2010, and Dto. 70/2017, foreign nationals can qualify for an Argentina Investor Visaby:
✔ Investing at least ARS 1,500,000 (approx. USD 6,000 as of June 2023) in a legitimate productive, commercial, or service-based business
✔ Submitting a business plan and gaining ministerial approval
✔ Placing the required capital in a financial institution recognized by Argentina’s Central Bank

✅ Clean Criminal Record – Police clearance from all countries where you have lived for 1+ years in the last 3 years, plus an affidavit confirming no criminal history
✅ Proof of Financial Situation – Demonstrate sufficient financial resources

✅ CV & Business Background – Evidence of relevant experience
✅ Spanish Translations – All documents must be translated into Spanish
